How I work

Confidentiality – I am committed to keeping our work together absolutely confidential, and I will never pass your details on to any third party. That we are working together is up to you to disclose to others should you wish. to.

Non-judgement – I have every respect for you as an individual and will not judge you on what you may choose to keep or discard, that is your choice as client. I will however be challenging you as we go, that is why you have employed me! I will be working right alongside you to help you achieve your goals for Clutterfree living.

Advice and suggestions – All advice or suggestions I may give are just that – it is ultimately you the client who makes every decision on what to keep or discard, and where to send unwanted items. I may make suggestions on appropriate routes for disposal. I do not take away any items myself or provide valuations. I may recommend the services of other professionals when appropriate.

When – Decluttering or coaching sessions usually take place within usual working hours, Monday to Friday. Working outside these times is often possible, please call to discuss your needs.

Where – I am based in Gloucestershire, and often travel to Bath, Bristol, or Oxford. Please call to discuss the possibilities for working together if you live further away.

Payment – For decluttering or face to face coaching, must be in full by cheque or cash on the day; for telephone working, payment must be received before the appointment – by cheque or bank transfer.

Cancellations – For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice I reserve the right to charge the full fee, and travel costs if appropriate. Any fees due for cancelled appointments must be made before the next scheduled session.

Prices

For Decluttering

Decluttering sessions are a minimum of two hours. You may like to work over a period of time, say once a week or fortnight, or you may prefer a more concentrated burst of activity.

As a guideline: 3 hours is a good length of time to blitz a home office and create strategies for ongoing organisation, or 2-3 hours for your (average) wardrobe. For a larger project please call to discuss your requirements.

2-hour session - £80.00
3-hour session - £120.00
Subsequent hours - £35.00

Complimentary Taster Session – This could be up to ½ hour by telephone, or the first ½ hour of a longer face to face session.

Follow-up and ongoing support between sessions by phone or email is included in the above pricing.

If working over a period of time, I will offer suggestions for you to be continuing with between sessions. And I am sure that once we have started you will be inspired to continue in between times.

After we have finished working together I can provide you with tips, suggestions and ideas 'to keep up the good work'.

Travel – for travel outside Gloucestershire please call or email me for a quote. For clients living further away, many people find that working with me over the phone works wonderfully. For this I work in sessions of one hour at a time.

For Life Coaching

One-hourly sessions are charged at £40.00. These can take place on the phone, or at my home in Gloucestershire.
